Hi, we are Sven & Alex.

We've been into sports since childhood. For decades, we've studied the science behind it. Sports is passion and profession.

We often see people struggling to find the right balance between staying injury-free and maximizing their progress in training. They want to learn really cool skills but - without realizing it - lack the foundation. Then they either overtrain and injure themselves or they try to study the science behind it and get stuck in analysis paralysis. This frustration translates into other areas of their lives, wanting to always gain deeper knowledge but failing to take action.

We asked ourselves how we could help them. Based on our knowledge and experience, we did the research to find a solution. What's more, we applied this research to our personal and professional lives to make sure it works.

Sven Kohl

Sven Kohl is an officially recognized physical therapist and licensed fitness trainer. He is the founder of Calisthenic Movement and has trained in calisthenics since 2012. Sven worked as a physiotherapist for several years and trains personal clients and leads group courses, with over 15 years of experience as a trainer. He has over 2 years of experience in boxing and a long history of over 15 years of weight training.

Alex Lorenz

Alex Lorenz (aka "El Eggs") is a degreed sports teacher, with an additional focus in nutritional sciences. He has trained in calisthenics since 2012 and is the founder of a Leipzig-area calisthenics and parkour association. El Eggs has over 30 years of experience in a variety of sports like Taekwondo, parkour, bike trial, and tricking. El Eggs has trained people for more than 20 years with online personal training and nutritional coaching.
