Level 1-5 gives you the complete program to improve your abilities, like maximum strength, strength endurance and coordination. The programs will not only improve these abilities but will also build up muscle mass. Level 1-5 gives you a complete and progressive full body workout prgram, that builds your prerequisites for skills like Planche, Handstand Pushups, Front- and Backlever, V-Sit, One Arm Pullup, Human Flag etc. and includes the first progressions for those moves. In order to lean those skills and avoid injuries, you have to prepare your connective tissue. It has to be able to resist high stresses, so you should prepare it pretty well with slow and step-by-step progressions. This is exactly what the Level 1-5 program gives you. About 1,5 years of progressive and goal oriented training to build the best version of yourself while stay free of injury.
